1. Click on Documents in the lower left corner.
2. Click on Open Location.
3. Open the location \\alpha\users\username where you replace username with your own username.
4. Click on Add to Favorites.
You rececive this confirmation.
5. Now you will have a shortcut in the left pane to your personal folder.
