Locked Print

Select the copy machine in the Name list and click the Properties button.

Select Locked Print in the Job Type list. Click the Details... button.

Write your User ID and Password for the print job (it is important that the password consists of at least 4 numbers, otherwise the program might crash). Click OK.

Confirm the password and click OK.

Click OK twice to close the windows and send the job to the copy machine.

Go to the copy machine.

Press the Printer button on the left side.

Press the Print Jobs button on the screen.

Select your print job and click the Print button on the screen.

Enter your password, press OK and confirm with Yes.

The printer settings are remembered until you change them or log off.
